Built from the proven Commander 26 hull mold with a one-foot extension, and glassed to Bracewell specification, this Commander 27 is a heavily overbuilt Pacific Northwest cruiser. She’s been boathouse-kept and looked after by one owner since the day he took delivery – the kind of single-owner, no-detail-missed care that shows the moment you step aboard.
Repower & Performance
The standout feature is a September 2025 repower:
Helm & Handling
Electronics are duplicated at both the enclosed lower helm and the open flybridge – a real convenience for docking and close-quarters maneuvering whether you’re running from inside or up top. Ground tackle is sized for serious cruising rather than day-tripping: a Maxwell RC8 windlass handles a 10kg Rocna anchor on 85′ of 5/16″ Titan chain backed by 165′ of 5/8″ 8-plait rope. Foot controls and controls at both helms for the easy anchoring.
Power, Systems & Security
Accommodation
Below, warm wood cabinetry carries through a U-shaped dinette and a full galley fitted with a stainless sink and a Dickenson Mediterranean stove and oven – enough counter space to actually cook underway. Forward, the V-berth cabin picks up natural light and airflow through an overhead hatch. The fit and finish here match the mechanical side of the boat: everything is clean, tight and cared for.
Exterior & Cockpit
A bimini shades the flybridge, and a full camper cover closes the cockpit in for all-season cruising. For cockpit dining at anchor, she’s equipped with a Dickinson Large Sea-B-Que.
Condition
This is not a boat that’s been left to fend for itself. Between the boathouse moorage, the fresh repower, and an engine room that’s as clean as the day it left the yard, Reviresco presents like a much newer boat than her build year suggests.
Moorage
A boathouse at Oyster Bay Marina in Ladysmith is available separately, as is a slip in Mill Bay – either can be arranged alongside the sale for a buyer who wants to get aboard right away!
