Overview
Built in 2020 and in the hands of a single owner since new, “Aussie Gal” has been maintained and prepped for every cruising season and run every summer since – now showing just over 800 hours on her twin Volvo D13s. That’s light, well-cared-for running for a boat this capable, and it shows in a three-cabin, three-head layout built for genuine long-range offshore cruising rather than dockside display.

Steering System
Joystick Control
Performance, Stabilization & Systems
Twin Volvo Penta D13 engines, 1,000 hp each (2,000 hp combined), on ZF gearboxes with shaft drive. The Express Joystick System (EJS), paired with hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, brings a 64-footer’s close-quarters handling down to size.
A Seakeeper 18 gyro-stabilizer takes the roll out of a rough crossing and gets you to calmer water without the wallow – one of the more practical additions on a boat this size. An Aqua Matic watermaker extends how long you can stay out before a dock run, and reverse-cycle heat pump AC and heat keep the boat comfortable well outside peak summer, not just on the warm days.
Flybridge & Helm
The open flybridge deck carries dual chaise lounges and an extended aft deck under a sheltering awning, framed by minimalist stainless railings – built for sunrise coffee or a sunset run as much as for running the boat.
Inside, the fully enclosed flybridge lounge offers flexible seating and an optional convertible double berth, with a large sunroof and a big bi-fold door to the aft deck keeping it connected to the outside rather than sealed off from it.
At the helm: Stidd helm chairs, triple Garmin 22″ touchscreen displays, ZF joystick and thruster controls within easy reach, a sports-style wheel, and a dedicated engine display. Thanks to the upgraded ZF joystick controls the boat is equipped with boat iDrift & iAnchor which keeps you true on your heading with a automatic positioning system.
Accommodations – 3 Cabins, 3 Heads
Master – Midship and full beam, with a king berth and expansive windows for natural light. A private lounge area with settee seating gives the suite room to sit down away from the bed, alongside a wall-mounted TV and a built-in vanity/desk. Reached by its own private stair down from the salon, with an ensuite featuring a vanity, mirror, and glass-enclosed shower. Hydronic heating keeps the space warm during the colder months so you can stay out on the water late after a season.
VIP – Forward, with a queen berth and ample storage. Ensuite access comes through the dual-entry day head – vanity, mirror, and glass corner shower – which doubles as the boat’s general-use head when guests aren’t in their cabin.
Guest – To port, twin berths that convert to a double, with a Pullman berth folding down above allowing for enough space to sleep three. With a private ensuite of their own – vanity, mirror, glass-enclosed shower.
Galley & Salon
The aft galley is built for entertaining, not just cooking: an island bench keeps traffic moving, double wall ovens and a full-size fridge and freezer plus a dedicated drawer freezer cover extended trips, and bi-fold doors open the salon straight onto the cockpit for full indoor-outdoor flow.
Miele handles the laundry, stacked and tucked out of the way belowdecks.
Rich timber joinery runs throughout, from the galley cabinetry down to the internal staircase connecting the salon to the flybridge.
Deck & Storage
Wide side decks, raised bulwarks, and high railings around an expansive cockpit – laid out for moving forward safely underway. ZF Joystick controls both port and starboard allows for docking with ease, the rest of the cockpit centers on a settee and teak table, with steps down to the swim platform and transom garage below.
That garage houses the Seakeeper and doubles as gear and equipment storage, kept out of the living spaces. Port and starboard Glendinning power cords and matching power conditioners keep shore power clean on both sides, and an extended swim grid with removable rear railings opens up water access without giving up cockpit space underway. A Freedom Lift with carbon-fibre receiving arms handles tender launch and retrieval with ease.

The Maritimo M64 motor yacht is effectively our ‘mini’ M70, though at sixty four feet this is a highly impressive boat. Its shorter length simply means you no longer need to compromise on luxury and long-range performance if you have tighter berthing requirements.
In line with Maritimo’s grand design ambitions the on board living is ‘large’. You will enjoy the same feeling of apartment sized interior space found in the M70 with a full beam master suite including king bed and ensuite, fully enclosed fly bridge, walk around decks, bi-fold doors and enclosed stairway between the bridge and lounge. Providing spacious dual level luxury and numerous entertaining options for the ultimate in relaxed easy going yachting.
Powered by a pair of Volvo D13 1000 HP engines, it places 2000HP at your disposal whilst Maritimo’s race proven shaft drive and hull design technology ensures superior fuel consumption for long range high speed blue water cruising.
